APPEARANCE
Intense gold color with crystal reflections.
SMELL
The scent is complex with seductive hints of dried fruit and brioche combined with floral notes.
TASTE
In the mouth it is balanced, rounded and full of flavor, with notes of ripe plum and nectarine fruit. The finish is long, with a nice match between chardonnay and a characteristic note of ripe yellow rebula.
PAIRING WITH FOOD
A more mature sparkling wine intended for more serious aperitifs or to accompany the entire lunch or dinner. It goes well with fresh oysters or first courses such as classic pasta with various flavors.
