These general terms and conditions, published on the website www.silveri.si under the heading "General terms and conditions" are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, the General EU Data Protection Regulation and determine the conditions of use of the website and conditions for the purchase of products through the online store Vinarstvo Silveri, which is available at www.silveri.si (hereinafter: the website) and is managed by Taras Gašparin, Neblo 1h, 5212 Dobrovo, hereinafter Silveri.

3. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The essential characteristics of individual products and prices are described for each specific product available in the Silveri Winery online store. All prices are without VAT and are not charged at the time of purchase.
4. REGISTRATION
User registration is not required. In order to make a purchase, it is necessary to enter personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone (optional), street, postal code, city and country and select the type of payment (according to the proforma invoice, with cards)). orders and delivery of products.
5. ORDERS
The ordering procedure is described below in these terms and conditions.
6. POSSIBILITY OF CHANGING THE ORDER
The buyer can change the already placed order until the bidder finally confirms it by sending a confirmation notice to the buyer at the e-mail address specified in the order by the buyer. After the final confirmation of the order by the bidder, it is no longer possible to change the order.
7. SHIPMENT OF GOODS
Products in stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days from the day of final confirmation of the order by the bidder, and in the case of payment by proforma invoice, the condition for dispatch of goods is that the bidder receives full payment by proforma invoice. .
Products will be delivered through our contractual suppliers.
Price list of postage for bottles with a volume of 0.75 l (in € including VAT)
With a bottle volume of 0.75 l, for orders larger than 12 bottles, the appropriate sum of postage specified in the price list is charged.
Example:
postage for orders from 13 to 18 bottles is equal to the sum of the amount of postage for up to 12 bottles and the amount of postage for up to 6 bottles
postage for orders from 19 to 24 bottles is equal to twice the amount of postage for up to 12 bottles
No postage will be charged above the amount of the order specified on the "Free Shipping" website and defined for each individual country.
The price of handling and packaging is included in the price.
We deliver to the Republic of Slovenia and other EU Member States. For deliveries outside the EU, contact us at the e-mail address silveri@silveri.si
If the products cannot be delivered on time, we will notify the customer immediately, using the contact information provided by the customer to the provider when placing the order.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
You can pay for the products:
by proforma invoice: in this case, the shipment will be shipped within the stipulated period of 2-3 working days after the bidder receives the full payment according to the proforma invoice.
by Visa, Mastercard or cash on delivery.
9. SECURITY AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The provider undertakes to protect, collect and process all personal data in accordance with regulations. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy .
10. PROHIBITION OF SELLING WINE TO MINORS
The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. Therefore, the buyer must be of legal age at the time of placing the order, which is guaranteed by clicking on the section that he is of legal age.
11. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The buyer, who is a consumer, has the right to notify the supplier in writing within 7 days of receiving the products that he withdraws from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. In doing so, he is charged with the cost of returning the products to the provider.
The buyer must notify the bidder of the withdrawal from the contract and the return of products in writing to the e-mail address silveri@silveri.si or by mail. Notice of withdrawal and products must be sent by the buyer to the provider no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The buyer must return the goods undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging to the provider's address.
12. CONTRACT
The contract is concluded when the buyer agrees to the general terms and conditions, when he confirms that he is not a minor and the seller sends him a confirmation message after placing the order. The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the contract.
13. CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION
Due to the delivery of products to the right customer, the provider or the authorized delivery service reserves the right to verify the identity of the recipient of the ordered products in an appropriate manner (access to an identity document with a photo).
14. E-NEWS
By subscribing to the e-news, the user can subscribe to receive the e-news of Vinarstvo Silveri. The user who subscribes to the e-newsletter agrees and agrees that Silveri uses the user's e-mail address for the purpose of informing about news, offers, discounts, promotional activities and for statistical processing. The user's e-mail address data is stored until the user unsubscribes from the e-news. The user can unsubscribe from the e-news at any time.
15. OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
The initiator will try to resolve any disputes out of court.

16. LIABILITY FOR REAL ERRORS
The provider is liable for material errors in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
17. APPLICATION OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
Legal relations between customers and providers are regulated in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Slovenia and EU regulations governing consumer rights. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the court with material jurisdiction in Nova Gorica or another court competent according to regulations will have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
